In 2010, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers look to rebound from a dreadful 3-13 2009 regular season. The Bucs will play 8 home games and 8 away games in their 16-game NFL regular season. Their home games are all played at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. Based on their last place finish in the 2009 season, the Buccaneers will play a last place schedule, as well as games against their NFC South opponents, teams in the AFC North, and teams in the NFC West. Led by young quarterback Josh Freeman and star running back Cadillac Williams, Tampa Bay will look to make-up ground in their own division.
As usual, they will have home and away series against the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, and defending Super Bowl champs New Orleans Saints. They also have additional home dates with the Seattle Seahawks, Detroit Lions, St. Louis Rams, last place teams in 2009 all, and, from the AFC, the Cleveland Browns, and Pittsburgh Steelers. The Bucs complete their road schedule with visits to the NFC West teams the Arizona Cardinals, and San Francisco 49ers, as well as the Washington Redskins, and must face the AFC North teams the Baltimore Ravens, and Cincinnati Bengals.
